Beginner Foundations & On-Ramping
This is where your CrossFit journey begins. Designed for those who are new to CrossFit—or simply want to start with the right foundation—this program introduces you to the key movements, safe lifting techniques, and training principles that will set you up for long-term success. Our goal is to give you the confidence, knowledge, and support to walk into any class feeling prepared and ready to thrive.
During your Foundations sessions, our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals of CrossFit in a 1-on-1 or small group setting. You’ll learn how to move safely and efficiently while gaining strength, endurance, and body control. Workouts are tailored to your fitness level and designed to teach foundational movements, so whether you’re brand new or returning to fitness, everything can be scaled to match your needs.
Once you complete On-Ramping, you’ll transition smoothly into our CrossFit Classes, where you’ll experience the full methodology. CrossFit is constantly varied, so no two days are alike—you’ll train using movements drawn from gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and more. Every workout is scalable, making it accessible for complete beginners yet still challenging for elite athletes.
With Beginner Foundations & On-Ramping, you’ll build the tools, confidence, and base you need to step into these classes and start unlocking your potential.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression, roughly 60 minutes in duration. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and a demonstration for the workout. Coaches supervise and correct movements throughout the session to ensure safety and progress.
Prerequisites
