My fitness journey started with a simple goal: to become better at a physically demanding career. Along the way, that drive evolved into something bigger—coaching others who faced the same challenges.

Through many humbling experiences, I discovered that CrossFit does more than build physical strength. It develops discipline, resilience, and mental clarity that carry over into everyday life.

That’s what inspired me to bring CrossFit to Red Bluff—to create a place where people can grow, push their limits, and be supported every step of the way on their fitness journey.
