Coach

Cloe Barthelemy

My name is Cloe Barthélémy, I’m a 22-year-old French athlete and lifelong swimmer. I moved to the United States to study and compete, and I graduated with a Biology major while competing at the NIA Championships. Growing up, swimming was my entire world — early mornings, hard practices, and a lot of lessons about discipline and perseverance. Two years ago, I discovered CrossFit, and it completely changed the way I train and approach fitness. Today, I combine swimming, running, and strength training to build endurance and mental strength. My athletic journey has taught me balance, resilience, and consistency — lessons I now bring into my coaching.
My turning point came when I left France to study and compete in the U.S. It was a huge challenge — a new culture, a new language, and a new level of competition. The biggest enemy I faced was self-doubt: questioning if I was good enough to balance school and sport abroad. Through that experience, I learned that growth comes from consistency and from showing up every single day, even when things get tough. That lesson shaped me into the coach I am today — focused on mindset, resilience, and progress over perfection.
My purpose as a coach is to help people unlock their physical and mental potential through movement. I’m especially passionate about helping young women build confidence and strength — not just in the gym, but in life. My motivation comes from seeing people realize what they’re truly capable of when they stay consistent and believe in themselves. Coaching, for me, is about more than fitness; it’s about guiding others to find discipline, balance, and pride in their progress.
